Laguna Residences is an intimate townhouse community overlooking an internal lake. The central laneway and wide ‘green verges’ create a high-amenity ‘spine’ and enhanced setting for its 51 townhomes. The spine also provides connection to the recreation area which comprises a lap/wading pool and associated entertainment area. A linear park alongside the lake incorporates shaded gathering spaces for rest and relaxation and provides connection to parks and community facilities within the broader Runaway Lagoons community.
